Club Member 6 Nations Ticket Application

Attached are applications for this seasons home six nations matches one of the attached forms must be fully filled in before you will be considered for tickets. The applications must be with me by Friday 19th October and the SRU will inform me by Mon 12th November what we are getting and payment will be due by 23rd November. Could this be passed on please and any problems get in touch.
